Dear readers,

One word. Snacks. Your child probably asks for a snack at least once a day. Squeak looks at me and goes “Treat?” The question is, what do you give them? And what do you want them to consider a treat, reward, or snack? I put together a list of seventy-five clean snacks, all of which I or my child eat when we get hunger pains in between meals. May I remind you that I am not a nutritionist or professional dietitian, but I really don’t think you can go wrong with minimal ingredients and processing.
